What should I expect at my first visit?
When you call our office or schedule online, our team will help you to find a time that works for your schedule and answer any questions about insurance or coverage.
When you arrive at the office, you’ll be greeted at the front desk and guided through anything we need from you. We keep things calm, comfortable, and low-pressure, taking things as slow as you need… we want you to feel at home here and not in any sort of rush.
If needed, we’ll take digital X-rays and photos to get a clear picture of your oral health. Then you’ll meet with Dr. Brown and our hygiene team for a full exam of your teeth, gums, and overall health. You’ll have time to talk through any concerns or goals. If no deep cleaning is required, we’ll usually go ahead with a regular cleaning and polish during that same visit.
Once you’ve wrapped up, we’ll walk you through any recommended care and explain costs and timing so there are no surprises. Most first visits take about one hour, and parking is free and easy right outside our office here in Frankenmuth.
